Your age is verified before you can buy vapes, tobacco products or alcoholic drinks. The process uses the SENVEND terminal and the connected DCM5 ID reader.
Step by step
Simply follow the instructions on the terminal.

Choose an 18+ product
Select the age-restricted product you want at the vending machine.
- 02
Start verification
The SENVEND terminal will tell you that age verification is required before payment.
- 03
Scan your ID
Insert a suitable identity card or driving licence into the DCM5 reader as shown on the display.
- 04
Pay & collect
Once approved, pay contactlessly and collect your product.
If it does not work
Verification failed?
Restart verification and follow the instructions on the SENVEND display. The terminal shows which methods are available.
If approval still fails, tell us the machine, date and time so that we can investigate.
