2. Website access and hosting

When you access the website, the technical hosting provider processes access data required to deliver and secure the website. This may include your IP address, access date and time, requested page, transferred data volume, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and status codes.

This processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably and to prevent technical attacks, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of this website. Data is deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations or a specific security incident require otherwise.

3. Contact forms and direct email delivery

When you submit a form, the information you enter is processed on our STRATO-hosted web server and sent to our contact address by email. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, location, product details, purchase date, time, amount paid, message and any photo or payment receipt you upload voluntarily.

We process this information to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the proper handling of customer and business enquiries. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved, unless legal retention or documentation obligations apply.

The website does not keep its own form archive. Uploaded files are processed only for technical email delivery. Please do not submit information that is not required to resolve your enquiry.

4. Google Maps and Instagram

Google Maps and Instagram are not embedded on this website. We only provide external links. The respective website is loaded only after you click one of these links, and the provider's privacy policy then applies.

5. Age verification at the vending machine

Technical age verification takes place at the vending machine and not through this website. Identity-document or image data from the verification is not transmitted to this website.

6. Cookies, language preference, analytics and marketing

The website uses the technically necessary cookie kioskbox_cookie_notice. It stores only that you have acknowledged the cookie notice so that the notice does not appear on every visit.
